To schedule and initial intake appointment, you can call (713) 377-8632. I am an approved Traditional Medicaid, Amerigroup, Star Health, United Behavioral Health, and Cigna, provider . I am currently working to get on other insurance panels as well.
Non-insurance clients can be seen on a sliding scale fee according to income. Copay payments varies depending on your insurance plan. Verification of insurance must take place before scheduling of first appointment.
